1.Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray products accurately, slight variations may occur in terms of colour, fixings, material, etc.
Products may also see updates to improve our designs – we will endeavour to highlight these to you when you purchase
Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible. Please note there may be variations in colours depending on individual screens and screen settings that you are viewing on.
We aim to despatch the products within 4-5 weeks and with some products sooner. We will endeavour to let you know at the soonest opportunity should there be any delay to your order.
Please get in touch if you need your product within a specific time frame.
Lead-time may vary for any bespoke items made to order.
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
We accept online credit/ debit card payments for items in full through our online shop by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect through Stripe.
We accept payment by direct transfer, to our account in the UK, for products not yet available as a direct online sale. Such payments will be invoiced by email.
5.Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order.
Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact us at email@example.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
Delivery charges for individual items are listed and paid for at the time of ordering and will appear for payment in your basket. Where multiple products are ordered, a quote request for delivery will be requested prior to purchase due to the custom nature of our products.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Our furniture can be delivered anywhere in mainland Great Britain. For larger items/ multiple items – will will quote you for delivery. For delivery queries outside mainland Britain, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The materials we use are really important to us. We are committed to keeping our processes as clean and green as possible. We look to work as much as possible with natural materials and are always exploring the uses of new or existing greener options.
For our initial product range – all our products are made from high-grade Birch Ply sourced from Europe. Appearances of natural materials can vary in colour and grain pattern so if a certain look is very important to you, please let us know so we can look to accommodate your needs at the time of order.
With all sheet materials, there are sometimes small imperfections in the face of the wood or with laminate materials, small black specks imbedded in the surface can occur. Whilst we endeavour to select the best materials, we cannot guarantee that some of these manufacturing impurities won’t be present in the products.
Prices are as quoted. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
Customs / Taxes for shipping outside of the UK mainland:
Please note that all orders that are not to an address on the UK mainland may be subject to additional charges, including Northern Ireland. Please Note for customers purchasing from outside mainland UK. You may be liable to customs and import duty on your order upon delivery. We advise that all international customers contact their local authorities to check any relevant charges.
9.Entitlement to the Goods
Entitlement to the Goods shall remain vested with Everything Goes at ZannaDesign and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the Goods has been received and paid in full.
Until entitlement to the goods passes over, Everything Goes shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods.
10.Cancellation, damages and returns policies
The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
After placing your order you will receive a direct confirmation email from us. Within the next 1-3 days we will be in touch to re-confirm your custom settings. Once you have re-confirmed with us at this stage, the materials will be ordered and we will start making your furniture. Once orders are re-confirmed by you, no cancellations can be made.
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to email@example.com prior to this re-confirmation.
Damages / Returns (for faulty items only)
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. Please contact Everything Goes at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective items.
Returned or missing merchandise/or parts will be replaced. If there is only a part/parts that are faulty you do not need to return the whole item. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this at the soonest opportunity.
Everything Goes is a trading name.
